Refunds and Exchanges

Using Penelope Ann Cosmetics products

Mineral make up is known for being pure, natural and hypo-allergenic, it is possible for an allergic reaction or sensitivity to an ingredient to occur. Before applying, we recommend to do a patch test. If sensitivity or allergic reaction occurs, stop using the product and consult a medical professional for attention. We take great care in ensuring that all ingredients used in each product are safe to use on the area intended. We will not assume responsibility if a product is used in a manner not intended by us. All products are Australian made and Cruelty Free.
